Purse Cake

All cakes that I've been doin' so far are free. I've been doin' it for friends and if ever I'll charge for a cake I don't have a clue how much I should.. But I love making and designing them.. Well this purse cake is for Maura and Rosa... This cake is Orange flavor and the mocha of course by request.

Pillow Cake

I made this cake for Al and Mercel's 8th years anniversary and they are the sweetest couple I've ever known so far. I wish them the best of everything in life and maybe this is one of the best time to thank the couple for being such wonderful friends to us... luv u guys!!!

Shopping Spree Cake

This is for Rosa's Birthday. We used to give her money and send her to the mall for an hour to spend it and whatever is left from it she has to give it back to us, but since money is tight right now I just made this shopping spree cake for her... the shopping bag is chocolate chiffon and the shoe box is mocha sponge cake by request... mocha is the most requested cake!!! I'm not a coffee lover but they love it!!

L.A.'s cake

I'ts a practice cake using a 14 inch round pan and it turned out ok, i'ts my first rose fondant too. I used to make ribbon roses back in the Philippines and got paid ...I believe... 3 for 25 cents (PI money) so, I applied it to a rolled fondant and it work out fine...
My sister just graduated so i put her name and voila! it's hers...we didn't eat this cake anyway... got stale.. it's a long story but my 3 yrs. old son said "Mom, the cake taste funny".... then down the trash it goes...

Power Rangers Cake

I made this cake for Xander's birthday and he loves Power Rangers... I'ts a mix of fondant and buttercream. I made a smash cake too for his baby sister..oh that baby is so adorable!!!
All cakes are chocolate by request but I used two chocolate recipes... bottom cake is just a box/mix cake and the top is from hershey's recipe chocolate cake ---

Cake for mh DH

I made this cake for my DH. I slept at 3:00am doing this... but it turned out fine for a newbie like me.. the bottom is mocha sponge cake and the top i made a banana since my kids love it.. and the cute bear is chocolate...

Wilton Course 1 lesson 4

This is my final cake in Wilton Course 1-- I'm very happy that i took this class. I learned a lot and had so much fun. I'm taking the Course 2 this week and it's more challenging doing different kinds of flowers..I'll be posting it here soon..

I was so excited bringing this cake in class. I think i did pretty good in smoothing the icing on this cake. It took me only half a day smoothing it. They call it "The Blue Cake"..
