I'ts a practice cake using a 14 inch round pan and it turned out ok, i'ts my first rose fondant too. I used to make ribbon roses back in the Philippines and got paid ...I believe... 3 for 25 cents (PI money) so, I applied it to a rolled fondant and it work out fine...My sister just graduated so i put her name and voila! it's hers...we didn't eat this cake anyway... got stale.. it's a long story but my 3 yrs. old son said "Mom, the cake taste funny".... then down the trash it goes...
